Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:TX City:Longview Delineated Area:N: Loop 281 S:US HWY 80 E: Loop 281 W: Loop 281 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):859 Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF):859 Space Type:Office Parking Spaces (Total):4 Parking Spaces (Surface):public Parking Spaces (Structured):N/A Parking Spaces (Reserved):fenced Full Term:10 years Firm Term:5 years Option Term:N/A Additional Requirements:24 hour, 7 day a week access. Ground floor office space. Unisex Shower Room/Rest room: 150 sq.ft. See attached document for agency specific requirements Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain, unless determined to be the only practicable alternative. Expressions of interest must include name, address, and telephone number of the individual to be contacted, and evidence of authority to represent the owner. Also include the following: Building name and address and location of the available space within the building; and Rentable Square Feet (RSF) available, and expected rental rate per RSF, fully serviced; and ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet to be offered and expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully serviced. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any; and Date of space availability; and Building ownership information; and Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking, if any; and Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building; and List of building services provided.
