Description

PRESOLICITATION NOTICE/SYNOPSIS The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VAHCS), Network Contracting Activity - 8, 10 Casia Street, San Juan, PR 00921-3201 intends to award a fixed firm price requirements contract, on a competitive basis under applicable NAICS code 531312 -Non-Residential Property Managers, with a base period of one (1) year with four (4) one (1) year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government This competitive procurement is a 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). This is a Property Management Services Acquisition in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15. The qualified firm shall provide evaluation, testing, inspection, maintenance and repair services for Ceiba VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic located at Ceiba, Puerto Rico. The Contractor shall submit capability statements that demonstrate the skills and extensive experience in providing property maintenance and preservation services in accordance with the SOW. All contractor employees doing business with the Department of Veterans Affairs shall be the subject of a background investigation. The electronic solicitation may be downloaded on http://www.fedbizopps.gov The offeror is responsible for downloading all amendments and other documents from the FedBizOpps website without further notices from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VAHCS). Responses to this notice must indicate business size and type under the NAICS code 531312, Non-Residential Property Managers, and clearly indicate that the firm is capable of performing ALL the services in the SOW and fully comply with all terms and conditions on the RFP. Additionally, interested sources must include a two-page company profile to include Small Business Administration (SBA) business size classification if applicable, number of employees, Cage Code, DUNS number, customer base and a description of the company's prior relevant experience and a summary of past performance information for contracts awarded. Interested sources should also provide a point of contact who can discuss the material submitted. Questions shall be submitted in writing via e-mail attention to the Contracting Officer no later than 10 DAYS after the solicitation is posted at FedBizOpps (FBO) website: http:///www.fedbizopps.gov/. VERBAL OR TELEPHONE INQUIRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
