Description
GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:California City:Riverside Delineated Area:North: 3rd Street South: 14th Street East: Lime Street West: Market Street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):49,912 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):49,912 Space Type:Office Parking Spaces (Total): 14 Parking Spaces (Surface):6 Surface Parking Spaces (Structured):8 Structured Parking Spaces (Reserved):0 Full Term:20 Years Firm Term:10 Years Option Term:None Additional Requirements:•Buildings offered must be of modern design, substantial construction, in professional well-maintained surroundings, and must be altered to meet the Government's specifications The United States Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Riverside, California. The Government is seeking to lease approximately 59,630 contiguous rentable square feet of office and related space. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 49,912, contiguous ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (ABOA). The Government is considering alternative space only if economically advantageous. The Government will use the information it receives in response to this advertisement as a basis to develop a cost-benefit analysis and to determine whether to compete the lease requirement or pursue a sole source justification to remain at its current location. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
