Description

The following language is hereby added to the sources sought: This is a two-phase design-build project. The two-phase selection procedure allows offerors to submit proposals that in response to evaluation factors that address, for example, specialized experience, technical competence, capability to perform, past performance, or teaming arrangements, in phase one. Based on this information, the source selection authority selects a limited number of the most qualified offerors from phase one to advance in the competition, who are subsequently invited to submit price and technical proposals for evaluation during the second phase. The following language is hereby deleted from the sources sought: The Deign Build Contractor shall demolish the existing dental clinic which is located at Building 660, Schofield Barracks
