- Request for Information - Availability of ALR-56M Noncrystal Oscillator and Frequency Converter The Electronic Warfare Supply Chain Management Squadron (408 SCMS/GULB) intendeds to establish a contract ro provide for contract encompassing repair and/or production of assets to be determined based upon a monthly availability requirement; the following National Stock Numbers (NSNs) are planned to be included under the contract: 5955-01-362-4598 EW (Part Number 330373-101) and 5963-01-362-9731EW (Part Number 330376-101). The availability rate will be based upon demand histories of production and repair combined. Production/repair of these items must be accomplished in accordance with a Government specifications. Parties expressing interest in this requirement must have the capability to access pertinent technical data needed for production/repair, technical support, and contract program management. Interested parties are encouraged to respond the RFI as detailed in the attachment included under this posting. This is not a solicitation but rather a Request for Information (RFI) to determine potential sources for information and planning purposes only. This request does not constitute a Request for Quotation (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP) or an Invitation for Bid (IFB), nor does this issuance restrict the Government's acquisition approach. There is no solicitation available at this time. Contractor proposals will receive no response. The Government will neither award a contract solely on the basis of this synopsis nor will it reimburse the contractor for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice. The Air Force has not yet determined the acquisition strategy for this requirement, including determining if a set-aside strategy is appropriate.
