- Army Contracting Command - New Jersey is issuing this Sources Sought Notice in an effort to perform market research to assist in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy for a Yellow Ribbon Event in the Hershey, Pennsylvania area in support of the 99th Regional Support Command. The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract vehicle. The period of performance is 17 December 2015 through 20 December 2015. The contractor shall provide lodging for an estimated 645 room night stays, meals, meeting rooms, youth and teen activity rooms, and audio-visual equipment. All requested services shall be performed at the same facility as the lodging accommodations. Additionally, a separate child care requirement will accompany this event. This is not a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts or request for quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain the following information: (1) the availability and capability of qualified sources, (2) small or large business, and (3) size classification relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code of 721110 for the proposed acquisition. Submittal Requirements: 1) Name of Company, Company Address, Point of Contact; Name, Phone Number, Email Address; DUNS Number, CAGE Code, and Socio-Economic Size Status (Large/Small Business) relative to NAICS Code 721110 *Please note all interested vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) to be eligible to receive award.
