Description

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases (NCIRD) requires the award of one or more indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery contracts for the purchase of the following pediatric vaccines and estimated quantities manufactured under a current establishment and product license issued by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration: ITEM SUPPLIES / SERVICES QTY / UNIT 1. Excise Tax: $0.75 The vaccines awarded under these contracts will be purchased for and by NCIRD's Immunization Awardees to support pediatric immunization programs as provided under Section 317(j) of the Public Health Service Act and Vaccine for Children (VFC) program, established pursuant to Section 13631 of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993 (OBRA '93). This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Vaccines shall be shipped F.O.B. Destination to the 50 states and U.S. Territories. The period of performance shall be 12 months from April 01, 2016. Any questions regarding this notice shall be submitted in writing to David Dombeck at vwj8@cdc.gov. Telephone inquiries will not be honored. We anticipate the solicitation will be issued in the week of January 04, 2016.
