- Instructions to Offerors Statement of Work for Lodging Requirement This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W912L2-16-T-0001 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-84. This RFQ is set aside for small businesses. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 721110. See attached SOW for a description of the event and Contract Line Item (CLIN). See attached Instructions to Offerors document for selection criteria and instructions on how to submit the quote.
