Ref: FAR 5.204, FAR 5.207, & FAR 36.213-2 FBO NOTICES HSCG82-16-B-PMV032 - DREDGING AND DISPOSING OF SEDIMENT FROM BOAT BASIN AT USCG STATION SOUTH PADRE ISLAND, TEXAS. SYNOPSIS: THIS PRE- SOLICITATION IS FOR TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The U.S. Coast Guard intends to solicit a Firm Fixed Price, total small business set-aside to provide dredging and disposing of sediment from boat basin at USCG Station South Padre Island, Texas. The solicitation will be issued no sooner than 15 days after this is posted and will be available through the Federal Business Opportunity website at www.fbo.gov. All responses/requests shall be submitted in writing to email: halim.toulas@uscg.mil. All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. *This notice is NOT a request for competitive proposals. The work includes furnishing all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and tools for dredging and disposing of sediment from boat basin at USCG Station South Padre Island, Texas. The performance period will be 225 calendar days. The estimated value of this procurement is between $250,000 and $500,000. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) 2012 code is 237990. The small business size standard is a three-year average annual gross receipt of $27.5 million. Bid, payment, and performance bonds are required. All responsible sources eligible under the set-aside may submit a bid which shall be considered by this agency. The following are tentative dates for this project: Solicitation will be issued: December, 2015 Bid Opening: January, 2016 The solicitation and plans in its entirety and any amendments will be available at no charge online at http://www.fbo.gov under the above solicitation number.
