Description

Pre-Solicitation Notice: Radiopharmaceutical items This is a pre-solicitation notice for a Radiopharmaceutical items contract. Network Contracting Office 7, Charleston, SC intends to solicit and negotiate a requirements firm-fixed-price contract to provide Radiopharmaceutical items at the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center (RHJVAMC) in Charleston, SC. The Contractor shall provide said services Monday through Friday excluding Federal Holidays from 7:00am - 5:00pm. This contract will have one base year and up to four option years. Anticipated start date is on or around 21 January 2016. The applicable NAICS Code is 325412, Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing (SBA size standard 750 Employees). The purpose of the contract is to provide Radiopharmaceutical items for patients of the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center (RHJVAMC) located at 109 Bee Street, Charleston, SC. NOTE - A SOLICITATION IS NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be available on or around December 1, 2015 and will be published on the FBO website at www.fbo.gov. This is a pre-solicitation notice synopsizing an upcoming RFQ solicitation to satisfy the requirements of FAR 5.201 and 5.203. The Contracting Specialist will not be able to answer any questions pertaining to this notice until an RFQ is issued. A Site Visit is not anticipated at this time. Questions resulting from the solicitation will only be answered if received by Request for Information (RFI) via email. It is the responsibility of the bidder to monitor and download amendments from FedBizOpps (FBO) which may be issued to this solicitation. All interested vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and their Annual Representations and Certifications must be current and filed online and viewable at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.
