- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is NOT a solicitation or request for quote and no contract or purchase order will be awarded from this notice. There is no solicitation available at this time. Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), Fleet Logistics Center, Jacksonville, FL is seeking information on potential 8(a) Business Development Program businesses to provide Administrative, Logistical and Quality Assurance Support Services for Kings Bay, GA. The estimated period of performance is estimated to be 01 April 2016 “ 31 March 2018. The estimated issue date of solicitation is January 04, 2016. After issuance, the solicitation may be obtained on the FedBizOps website: https://www.fbo.gov/. Only Certified 8(a) Small Businesses will be considered for this award. Eligible businesses enrolled in the 8(a) Business Development Program must not complete the program prior to 31 March 2018. This office anticipates award of a contract on or about March 15, 2016. The appropriate NAICS Code is 541611, Administrative Management Consulting Services, which has a size standard of $15.0 million. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE OR PROPOSAL. It is a market research tool used to determine the availability and adequacy of potential 8(a) Business Development Program sources prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of an award. It is requested that interested 8(a) businesses submit to the Contracting Office a brief capabilities package demonstrating ability to complete the requested work. This document shall address, as a minimum the following: (1) Company profile to include number of employees, office location(s), DUNS number, CAGE code and a statement regarding small business designation and status; (2) Partnership agreements with any large businesses. Proprietary information, if any, should be minimized and MUST BE CLARLY MARKED. To aid the Government, please segregate proprietary information. Please be advised that all submissions will NOT be returned. Please provide your response to this sources sought notice by 4:00 p.m. EST on 01 December 2015. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this notice. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Government does not intend to host an information exchange meeting to discuss this RFI with interested potential respondents.
