- *DESCRIPTION Annual Subscription to Proquest Newspaper & Periodicals *PROCUREMENT TYPE Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis this requirement in accordance with FAR PART 12 and 13 for Annual Subscription to ProQuest Newspaper & Periodicals. This requirement is sole source to ProQuest LLC, 6216 Paysphere Circle, Chicago, IL 60674 due to this is an annual renewal this is the only company that has The electronic forms of these sources are hosted within ProQuest's online full-text repository. ProQuest's is the only source for the complete, up-to-date, full text access to ProQuest's sources. Any firms believing that they can provide this equipment may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the Proquest Newspaper & Periodicals without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation N6893616T0051 which shall be considered by the agency.
