However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. 16.MSC has a requirement to procure original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts to support overhauls and repairs to MPDEs for the USNS JOSHUA HUMPHREYS (T-AO 188). This is a limited sources procurement for the use of other than full and open competition for a commercial, firm fixed price purchase order for MAN-Diesel-SEMT Pielstick parts. 17.Required Delivery Date: 1 JUNE 2016 18.Place of Performance: N32205 MSC W143 WAREHOUSE 1968 GILBERT STREET DWY 10 NORFOLK, VA 23511 19.FOB: Destination 20.Set-Aside Status: Unrestricted Packaging: Contractor shall fabricate and provide wooden crating for shipment of all materials. All materials shall be secured/packaged within the wooden crating to isolate parts from any movements during shipping activities. Wooden crating shall be fully enclosed, with no openings to protect material from damages and keep foreign matter/debris from entering the crating. Contractor shall package port and starboard main engine parts separately.
