- A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select "Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB)" from the menu under the tab "Solicitations." Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at: http://www.adobe.com. "This solicitation contemplates a sole-source award to Malone's CNC Machining, pursuant to FAR 19.1306" This item is a sole source Hub-Zone award recommendation in accordance with FAR 19.1306 since only one Hub-Zone can satisfy the requirement. The company and the award is expected to be made to that company. The RFP-solicitation issue date 12/07/2015 and respond due date 01/07/2016. This requirement was authorized by purchase request 0060870025 and Request for Proposal (RFP), SPE4A7-16-R-1300, issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price type contract; on NSN 1560-01-646-6501, Rib, Stiffener, Aircraft for 89 each.
