drawing solicitation see scope of work and attached drawings SCOPE OF WORK MANUFACTURE FOUR STAINLESS STEEL LIFTING STEMS This scope covers manufacturing and delivering four (4) threaded stainless steel lifting stems for T.J. O'Brien Lock & Dam, 134th & Calumet River, Chicago, IL 60633. 1.The stems shall consist of #304 stainless steel, 14' 9" long, 3 ¼ inches in diameter. 2.Two stems shall have right hand threads and two stems shall have left hand threads, the threads will start at one end of shaft and shall be 144" long. Acme thread, ½ pitch, ½ lead. 3.On all four stems at the other end opposite the Acme threads, there shall be a ¾ x 3/8 keyway, the keyway shall be 8 inches long. This end of shaft shall also have a 1/8 x 45 degree chamfer at the end as well as 3 ¼ -8 N2 right handed threads for a distance of 11". 4.Refer to attached print for more information. 5.Deliver completed stems to T.J. O'Brien Lock & Dam, 134th & Calumet River, Chicago, IL 60633. delivery by Feb. 25, 2016
