- Description
- Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, disposal and incidental related work to replace the existing doors with correct historic style doors and frames, add an ADA access at one of the entrances, and add a trench drain in an adjacent courtyard. The work site is at McAllister Hall, U.S. Coast Academy, New London, CT. The period of onsite performance shall be 19 May 2016 through 30 June 2016. The estimated cost range of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000.00. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 10 DEC 2015. The tentative date for receipt of bids is scheduled for 12 JAN 2016 at 2:00 pm EST. The applicable NAICS code is 238350, Finish Carpentry Contractors, with a Small Business Size Standard of $15.0 Million. This acquisition is issued pursuant to FAR Part 14 Sealed Bidding, is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business concerns, and is being issued subject to the availability of funding.
