- November 23, 2015 PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: FA3020-16-R-0001 82 CONS/LGCB 206 J Avenue Sheppard AFB TX 76311-2743 Repair/Replace Circuit 7 Electric Distribution Lines, VNVP 1316001 Competition for this project is limited to eligible 8(a) concerns. The United States Air Force, 82d Contracting Squadron, Sheppard Air Force Base (AFB), Texas intends to solicit proposals for project VNVP 1316001, Repair/Replace Circuit 7 Electric Distribution Lines with a projected award date in February of 2016. The range of magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Anticipated period of performance for this project is 365 days after contractor receipt of Notice to Proceed. The Contractor shall provide all services necessary to replace electrical distribution at Sheppard AFB, overhead to underground, Circuit 7 and incidental related work as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW) and drawings. Work to be performed is covered by North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors, size standard $15,000,000.00 and Federal Supply Code Z2NZ, Repair or Alteration of Other Utilities. All interested offerors must download documents from this web site. No hard copies will be available. All interested offerors are requested to electronically register in order to receive e-mail notification of updates to this solicitation. The Request for Proposal and the SOW will be posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) at http://www.fbo.gov no earlier than 15 days after this notice. The tentative date for receipt of proposals is 30 days after solicitation posting.
