Description

MTC Terms & Conditions Vendor Packet: W-9, Self-Certification Form, Set-Up Form Exhibit A Bid-Sheet Request For Quote Management and Training Corporation (MTC), operator of the Tongue Point Job Corps Center, is requesting proposals for a new reach-in freezer.
