- THIS ACQUISITION IS FOR NATIVE OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE UNDER THE BUY INDIAN ACT (25 U.S.C.) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. A16PS00062 herein cited will be procured under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-79 This acquisition is set aside 100% Native Owned Small Business, (Description): The contractor shall provide a quote LP fuel for the BIE-Tohaali Community School, Newcomb, NM. QUOTE LINE ITEMS: To purchase LP fuel for the BIE-Tohaali Community School (1) Installation and setup of One (01)18,000 gallons tank and to deliver propane: $______ per gallon X 18,000 gallons = $__________ (include rental fee if applicable) (2) To Fill (2) 1,000 gallons tank at $__________ per gallon X 1,000 gallons tank = $___________ X 2 = $___________ (3) Grand Total: $________________ Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror, whose quotation is conforming to the requirements herein, will be most advantageous to the Government, and is fair and reasonable.
