- This file is the original Sole Source Justification for Trivascular, Inc.provided by David Grant Medical Center. The J&A has been redacted to only reflect needed information for outside vendors. Sources Sought: This is a sources sought description to determine availabilty of other sources to supply stent systems for Abdominal Aortic Aneurysms (AAA) that can be shipped and made readily available when needed at David Grant Medical Center located at Travis AFB. This is also a notice of intent to award a sole source contract. David Grant Medical Center intends to award a sole-source contract to TriVascular, Inc. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT. RESPONSES IN ANY FORM ARE NOT OFFERS AND THE GOVERNMENT IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO AWARD A CONTRACT AS A RESULT OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. NO FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE TO PAY FOR PREPARATION OF RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY RESPONDENTS TO THIS DESCRIPTION IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY. Product Description: TV-AB2380-E Aortic Body Multiple Sizes (4 each) TV-IL1412120-E Iliac Limb Mulitiple Sizes (13 each) TVEX222245J Extensions Multiple Sizes (2 each) TV-FP14-E Fill Polymer Kit and Auto Injector (1 each) TriVascular Ovation Prime is an Abdominal Stent Graft System to be available in house for the Emergency Endo Vascular Aortic Repairs (EVAR) cases. Please reference attached Single Source J&A for information in regards to David Grant Medical Center's intent upon award to Trivascular, INC. The authority for this action is Far 6.302-1(1) Only One Responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satifsy agency requirements. Vendors who wish to respond to this should send responses via email NLT December 2, 2015 at 4:00 PM Pacific Time to heather.shepard.3@us.af.mil. Interested businesses should submit a brief capabilities statement that demonstrates ability to provide similar product that fully satisfies requirement to treat Abdominal Aortic Aneurysms at a competite level with TriVascular, Inc. The decision for which level of competition will be sought to award this contract will be based upon attached J&A and responses to this sources sought post. Thank you for your time.
