Description

Amendment 001 to subject RFQ is hereby issued. Amendment 001 incorporates the following.... 1. Offeror submitted question: Please confirm that the crews will be working weekends, Christmas and Christmas Eve?" Answer: Due to the extensive nature of the survey, everyday noted in the Performance Periods - weekends and holidays included, are to be considered by offerors when developing their quotes / scheduling to support this requirement. 2. Are prospective offerors to submit turn-key quotes? Answer: YES. Offerors are to submit quotes as "Prime Contractors", responsible for all work and coordination required as noted in the SOW. A "Turn-Key" solution is required. 3. Must an offeror be registered in SAM.GOV? Answer: YES. Failure to be registered and in good standing in SAM.GOV will preclude an offeror's submission from award consideration. 4. Offerors are to provide pricing lists showing hourly rates. Other documentation such as prior contracts completed may be provided to substantiate an offeror's pricing. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
