- DRAFT Task Order 0001 Sample RFP Compliance Matrix Base and Task Order PWS Compliance Matrix DRAFT Task Order 0001 PWS CDRLs DRAFT Base PWS IDIQ CDRLs DRAFT Task Order 0001 PWS DRAFT Base IDIQ PWS DRAFT RFP THIS NOTICE IS TO PROVIDE AND ADVANCE REVIEW OF PM DCGS-A INCREMENT 2 DRAFT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). PROPOSAL SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. THE GOVERNMENT SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY COST ASSOCIATED WITH RESPONDING TO THIS NOTICE. The Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) in support of the Program Manager Distributed Common Ground System Army (PM DCGS-A) hereby releases the revised DCGS-A Increment 2 DRAFT RFP. This advance release is the continuation of PM DCGS-A's desire to promote exchanges of information among all interested parties before the receipt of proposals in accordance with FAR 15.201. PM DCGS-A anticipates the release of DCGS-A Increment 2 RFP 1st quarter fiscal year 2016. All interested parties are encouraged to review the attached DRAFT Increment 2 RFP and submit comments in the attached comment matrix. Comments will be considered, but the Government does NOT intend to provide responses. Interested parties should return comments to Stephen.J.Morton8.civ@mail.mil, and Michael.G.Sherick.civ@mail.mil. The purpose of exchanging this information is to improve the understanding of the Government's requirement and industries capabilities, thereby allowing potential offerors to judge whether they can satisfy the Government's requirement, and enhance the Government's ability to obtain quality supplies and services, at reasonable prices, and increase efficiencies in proposal preparation, proposal evaluation, negotiation, and contract award. This notice will close 07 December 2015 and comments will not be accepted thereafter.
