- Description
- This is a notice of intent that the government anticipates issuing an IDIQ Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee/Cost Reimbursement-No Fee/FFP contract for the purchase of engineering services to support the AN/ALQ-131 Sustaining Engineering Services for system-level deficiency analysis, supportability problems due to obsolescence, engineering laboratory test support, and to provide for specific investigations and analysis necessary to ensure availability and effectiveness. This requirement includes a 12 months basic year with 2 one-year options. Contractor may perform Hardware design verification testing; Support equipment deficiency solution; Obsolescence & DMS deficiency identification/analysis/resolution; Integration of solutions into the overall system; Drawing reconciliation, First Article & Qualification Testing, environmental testing; and Response to field supportability inquiries. The proposed contract will be for services/supplies for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Other Than Full and Open Competition, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This acquisition is sole source to Northrop Grumman Technical Services, Inc. (Cage: 0JRC1). The NAICS Code is 541330. These services include continued provisions of highly specialized engineering services for hardware system analysis of the AN/ALQ-131. The CLIN Structure on the basic and Options consists of: Hardware Deficiency Analysis (Labor) CPFF Recurring Hardware Sustaining Engineering CPFF Test Capability (Lab Support) FFP Travel CR-NF Material CR-NF Data NSP Solicitation is expected to be released on or around 04 Jan 2016, with response due 30 days after solicitation issue date. Delivery will be in accordance with the Contract Data Requirement Lists and/or contract. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
