The sets consist of a Scanlan ® brand DeBakey scissors, Diethrich-Pott scissors, Cooley aorta clamps, Gerald forceps and Micro forceps. 3. REASON THAT SUGGESTED SOURCE IS THE ONLY SOURCE, WHICH CAN PROVIDE THE SUPPLIES OR SERVICES: Scanlan ® is the only vendor that produces and sells the Scanlan ® Cardio Vascular Surgical Instruments.
