WAGE DETERMINATION - RFQ HSCGG1-16-Q-PFA005 REPIPE CONDENSATE RETURN LEAMY HALL, USCG ACADEMY, NEW LONDON, CT PROJECT #5523196 DRAWINGS - RFQ HSCGG1-16-Q-PFA005 REPIPE CONDENSATE RETURN LEAMY HALL, USCG ACADEMY, NEW LONDON, CT PROJECT #5523196 SPECIFICATION - RFQ HSCGG1-16-Q-PFA005 REPIPE CONDENSATE RETURN LEAMY HALL, USCG ACADEMY, NEW LONDON, CT PROJECT #5523196 SOLICITATION - RFQ HSCGG1-16-Q-PFA005 REPIPE CONDENSATE RETURN LEAMY HALL, USCG ACADEMY, NEW LONDON, CT PROJECT #5523196 HSCGG1-16-Q-PFA005 ISSUE DATE: 27 NOVEMBER 2015 Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to replace the lower level mechanical room condensate return unit (CP-2), re-pipe to bypass upper level unit (CP-1), and discharge directly into the building gravity condensate return system. The work includes replacing of the existing condensate return unit (CP-2) with higher capacity; disconnecting CP-2 pumped discharge from upper level unit (CP-1); and re-piping of CP-2 pumped discharge directly into the building gravity condensate system. The performance period is estimated to be 91 days with 4 weeks on site. The estimated value of the procurement is between $50,000.00 and $100,000.00. Solicitation packages will be available on 27 November 2015. The date set for receipt of quotations is 22 December 2015 at 4:00 pm. The applicable NAICS code is 238220 Plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning contractors with a small business size standard of $15.0 Million. This acquisition is issued pursuant to FAR Part 13 and is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business concerns.
