Description

Consolidated Nuclear Security, LLC (hereafter known as "CNS", for additional company information, see website ( www.y12.doe.gov ), acting under its Prime Contract No. DE-NA0001942 with the United States Department of Energy (DOE), is soliciting an Expression of Interest (EOI) for Architecture-Engineering Services for Emergency Operations Center at the Y-12 National Security Complex in Oak Ridge. The new facility will be executed as a design-bid-build project, meeting DOE sustainable design directives and established code requirements. This request for EOI does not constitute an invitation for sealed bids, a request for proposals, or offers. The purpose of this EOI is to solicit interest in performing a Fixed-Price Design for this project, as described in the EOI. Responses received will be used for planning purposes and determining candidates for subsequent procurement actions, if any.
