- ResCare Inc., Operator of the Guthrie Job Corps Center, Guthrie OK, intends to award a sole source subcontract to Lee C Rittenhouse, MD, 1114 Fenwick Place, OKC, OK. The statutory authority permitting the acquisition of this requirement by other than full and open competition is 41 USC 3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the Center’s requirement. This requirement is for the provision of physician services to the Guthrie Job Corps Center located in Guthrie, Oklahoma. The anticipated period of performance is a 12-month base period (1/1/2016-12/31/2016); with one, 6-month option period (1/1/2017-6/30/2017). The requirement includes the provision of physician services for an estimated 532 students. The subcontractor shall provide these services 21 hours per week. This is a sole source notice published for informational purposes only and not a request for proposals. Therefore, no solicitation documents exist for this requirement. However, all responsible parties interested in responding to this notice are invited to submit a capability statement including costs by 12:00PM CST by December 7, 2015, that provides sufficient details for consideration by ResCare, Inc., via Email transmittal to Beverly Kelly at Kelly.Beverly@jobcorps.org. Within the Subject line of your Email, reference GJCC2016-001 Guthrie Job Corps Center Physician Services. The determination not to compete the sole source subcontract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of ResCare, Inc.
