Description

This requirement will be solicited in accordance with FAR 6.1, full and open competition. The award will be made as a firm-fixed price contract. The award shall be based on technically acceptable, lowest priced offeror. The performance period is 112 calendar days after receipt of order. FOB at Destination and Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The anticipated solicitation date is December 7, 2015 and a copy of the solicitation will be available on the DLA Intranet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
