- Design, construct and install shelving and bins, 0040246619 1. Contractor shall design and furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation, supervision, and incidental related work necessary for shelving and bins to hold cores and other geologic samples inside a walk in cold room at the USGS facility at 400 Natural Bridges Drive, in Santa Cruz, CA. 2. The anticipated construction period for onsite performance is 60 days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. 3. All work should be completed by 26 Feb 2016. 4. The estimated cost range of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. 5. A Payment bond will be required if the contract price exceeds $35,000.00. 6. The applicable NAICS code is 238390, with a small business size standard $15.0 million. 7. A site visit has been scheduled for 15 Dec 2015 at the Santa Cruz facility. 8. This acquisition is issued pursuant to FAR Part 13, and in accordance with FAR Part 19.5 is 100% set-aside for Small Business (SB) concerns. 9. Vendors are required to be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov in order to receive a federal government contract.
