Description
Revised SOW Standards for surveillance systems. •1. CCTVs : Post signs advising 24 hour monitoring by CCTV's. •1.1. Exterior Building : A sufficient number to monitor the entire facility perimeter, as well as each access point, ensuring cameras are in a position to capture the image of each individual entering. •1.2. Interior Building : Ensure coverage of each strong room, armory, vault, and HSDN entrances. •1.3. Cameras & Lenses : •1.3.1. Must be interfaced with IDS and shall provide automatic alarm actuated call-up of the camera(s) associated with the alarm zone. •1.3.2. Must be solid state high resolution day & night operating on [60][50]Hz AC power capable of operating at a voltage of 105 to 130/205 to 240/12 Volts DC or 24 Volts AC. •1.3.3. For outdoor use, cameras must be rated for continuous operation under ambient environmental conditions of 14 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit without auxiliary heating or cooling units. •1.3.4. Housings are to be environmentally sealed and designed to be dust and water tight, plus fully operational in 100% condensing humidity. •1.3.5. Design housings with tamper resistant enclosure, and tamper proof latches. Suitable for either wall or ceiling mounting. •1.3.6. Head must be adjustable for 360-degree pan, and not less than 90-degree tilt. •1.3.7. The lens mount shall be a C or CS mount, compatible with the cameras selected. The lens shall be supplied with the camera, and shall have a maximum f-stop opening of f/1.2 or the maximum available for the focal length specified. The lens shall be equipped with an auto-iris mechanism unless otherwise specified. Lenses having auto iris, manual iris, or zoom and focus functions shall be supplied with connectors, wiring, receiver/drivers, and controls as needed to operate the lens functions. Lenses shall have sufficient circle of illumination to cover the image sensor evenly. Lenses shall not be used on a camera with an image format larger than the lens is designed to cover. Lens focal lengths shall be as shown or specified in the manufacturer's lens selection tables. •1.4. Monitors : Must be 1280x720 or greater LCD color monitors. •1.5. Video Monitoring Stations or Keyboards : The operator of the CCTV system shall be capable of providing all command related functions such as pan/tilt/zoom to the cameras. •1.6. DVR : •1.6.1. Requires a minimum of 16 channels with at least 120ips/fps capture card providing no less than 7.5 images per second, per CCTV. •1.6.2. Be capable of viewing images directly from the DVR onto a monitor, as well as playing back all CCTV camera views. •1.6.3. Provide 30-days of internal storage for each camera view. 24-hour time lapse high resolution colored monitoring with 30-day Digital Video Recorder (DVR) capabilities. •1.6.4. Provide network card in both DVR and Redundant Array of Inexpensive Disks (RAID), to facilitate network hook-up. •1.6.5. Install server remote software and include remote access software, with unlimited license, which can be viewed in the field via the network. •1.6.6. Placement of the DVR must be in a restricted and secured location, such as the LAN room or Security Room. If installed in the LAN, there must be a clear physical separation from the LAN equipment. This is can be accomplished with either a lockable hardened cabinet, or erecting a storage cage. •1.7. Training : •1.7.1. Contractor will be responsible for conducting training for designated personnel in the maintenance and operation of the CCTV system, in accordance with the procurement contract and owner's manual. •1.7.2. Contractor will provide written notification of planned testing to the project security consultants at least 14 days prior to test. No test can be conducted until receiving written approval of the specific test procedures.
