- Solicitation SOL-280-16-000003 Solicitation Cover Letter The incumbent will provide Acquisitions and Assistance support to assigned programs within the Middle East Regional Platform Frankfurt Support Center (MERPFSC). The types of contracts, grants, and cooperative agreements the A&A Specialist will manage are highly specialized and involve complex activities and sensitive international programs directly supporting USAID assistance programs throughout the Middle East region. The incumbent will also perform and supervise contract closeout activities as required. Close interaction with the US Direct Hire Contracting Officer in MERP FSC, its technical and support offices, as well as client missions is required for successful performance. Substantial ad hoc reporting is expected. The incumbent will work from his/her current location. S/he is expected to travel on a routine basis to Frankfurt, Germany and possibly to some countries (when permissible) in the Middle East.
