Description

•1. The solicitation and scope of this acquisition is for the procurement of Defense Logistics Agency (DLA)- managed consumable identified in Section B of this solicitation. Under this solicitation, the resulting contract will be a Fixed-Price with Annual Price Adjustments, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) issued under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 with a three (3) year base period and two (2) one (1) year option periods that may be exercised at the discretion of the U.S. Government, for a total contract period of five (5) years, if both options are exercised. This IQC solicitation will provide repair and replacement parts for U.S. Military customers both in the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS). The support of these items will be through DLA Direct requirements. The DLA Land and Maritime inventory point will be authorized to use the resulting contract and additional inventory points and activities may be added at a later date.
