- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled 2Z-V7 OZONESONDE MODEL, NNG16567860L, which was posted on November 13, 2015. You are notified that the following changes are made: The response date has been extended. The deadline for submission of capability statements has been extended through December 04, 2015 at 3pm EST. Answers to questions received in response to the solicitation are listed below: (Question 1) List of Items, Schedule of Requirements, Scope of Work, Terms of References, Bill of Materials required. (Answer 1) All information pertaining to this effort is listed in solicitation NNG1657860L. (Question 2) Soft Copy of the Tender Document through email. (Answer 2) All information pertaining to this effort is listed in solicitation NNG1657860L. (Question 3) Name of countries that will be eligible to participate in this tender. (Answer 3) All responsible sources may submit an offeror which shall be considered by the agency. (Question 4) Information about the Tendering Procedure and Guidelines (Answer 4) All information pertaining to the effort is listed in solicitation NNG1657860L. (Question 5) Estimated Budget for this Purchase. (Answer 5) We cannot disclose the estimated budget for this purchase. (Question 6) Any Extension of Bidding Deadline? (Answer 6) The deadline for submission of capability statements has been extended through December 4, 2015 at 3pm EST. Interested organizations may submit their capability statements and qualifications to perform the effort in writing which will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis.
