- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: KY City: Frankfort Delineated Area: North: Wilkinson Boulevard South: I-64 East: Versailles Rd West: Route 127 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 12,840 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 12,840 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Additional Requirements: •Space must be contiguous on one floor •Space must be on a floor containing ADA/ABAAS restroom facilities •Building must have 24-hour access The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Frankfort, KY, and that lease will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that may potentially satisfy the Government's requirements as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. Expressions of interests must include the following information, which will be used to determine whether or not relocation is economically advantageous to the Government: •Building Name and Address •Location of available space in the building •Rentable square feet of space available and expected rental rate per square foot (fully-serviced). Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements •Date of space availability •Building ownership information •Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building •List of building services provided in the rental rate Expressions of Interest must be submitted by 4:30 PM Eastern Time on the date indicated for receipt of Expressions of Interest below.
