Description

Pre-Solicitation Notice to solicit for a contractor to provide Dermatopathology Consultation Services with as needed courier transportation of the specimens for the VA Boston Healthcare System, West Roxbury Division, 1400 VFW Parkway, West Roxbury, MA 02132 and VA Maine Healthcare System, 1 VA Center, Augusta, ME 04330. All dermatopathology consultation services shall be performed at the contractor's facility. This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit for a Firm Fixed Priced Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract for a 12 month base plus (4) annual option years to provide the Dermatopathology Consultation Services for the aforementioned locations in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) that will be included with the Solicitation. The licensing and accreditation requirements as well as the CPT test codes will also be included in the PWS. The solicitation will be issued unrestricted and will be available for download from FedBizOps on or about 12/7/2015. The applicable NAICS code is 621511. The FSC/PSC is Q301. Copies of the solicitation will not be available for mailing. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of the contract.
