- Defense Logistics Agency, Puget Sound Contracting Office intends to solicit and negotiate for a minimum of one (1) and a maximum of eight (8) multi-award five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) (from date of award to five-years thereafter) for industrial hardware type items to include the following types of items by NAICS code. NAICS 327910 Abrasive Product Manufacturing; NAICS 332439 Other Metal Container Manufacturing; NAICS 333991 Power-Driven Handtool Manufacturing; NAICS 322220 Paper Bag and Coated and Treated Paper Manufacturing; NAICS 333517 Machine Tool Manufacturing. (FSC 5110, 5120, 5130, 5133, 5136, 5140, 5180, 5210, 5220, 5280, 5330, 5331, 5345, 5350, 5360, 5365, 5640, 5680) Please note that a BPA is not a contract but a streamline method to fill repetitive supplies. There are no minimum or maximum guarantee quantities. Individual calls against the BPA shall not exceed $25,000.00. Authorized callers are the only individuals authorized to place an order/call against the BPA. A listing of Authorized Callers will be distributed to offers who will receive a BPA with the Government for this requirement. In accordance with FAR/DFAR all offerors must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) All interested vendors must accept the Government Purchase Card (GPC) as a payment vehicle as well as Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) The Request for Quotation will state a closing date. In order to be determined responsive the vendor needs to submit the completed entire solicitation back to the Contracting Officer prior to the closing date. FPAIIS will used be upon receipt of offers and any negative actions will result in your quotation being considered non-responsive. For award preference will be given to the socio-economic categories for BPA awards. All offers must email both POCs on this announcement to receive the BPA solicitation and include your company name address, cage code and line card. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by DLA Maritime. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: https://www.neco.navy.mil. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or FAXed. Electronic submission of proposals/quotes is not available at this time.
