- The U.S. Department of the Treasury is seeking a detail oriented Program Analyst - HR Coordinator Assistant to serve in its Washington, DC-based technical assistance program office. The person selected will be hired under a personal services contract. The Office of Technical Assistance (OTA) provides advisors to over 50 countries in five functional areas: Economic crimes, government debt issuance and management, budget and financial accountability, banking and financial services, and revenue policy and revenue administration. The Program Analyst will support the fast-paced, high-energy office in planning, developing, coordinating, implementing and evaluating program office activities. These duties include, but are not limited to: assistance in implementing and coordinating HR programs and procedures in areas such as recruitment, staffing, employee relations, and benefits; coordinating all aspects of the complicated process of processing personnel and personal services contractors; maintaining specialized information concerning the status of present positions, personnel and contracts; analyzing and formulating procedures in administrative areas related to assigned projects and activities and respond to a wide range of specific issues; coordinating and monitoring transactions to ensure policies and procedures are followed to ensure the integrity of onboarding activities; managing and ensuring administrative support for employees and contractors; preparing briefings and reports on assigned projects for internal and external distribution; and coordinating annual trainings and meetings. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and two to five years' work experience in project coordination, customer service, or administration or program management. Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills as well as proficiency with word processing and spreadsheets are required. Foreign language ability is a plus. An active security clearance is highly desirable. US citizenship is required. SALARY: Salaries will be negotiated in accordance with program regulations based on demonstrated salary history. The salary ranges are from $25.24 to $47.58 per hour. Successful applicants must be able to obtain and maintain medical and security clearances.
