- Solicitation W9124J-16-R-0022 CPG Toolkit Coordinator THIS IS A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL This requirement is for a non-personal services contract services contract to facilitate the development of VA/DoD Clinical Practice Guideline Toolkits for the support and implementation of the Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPGs) recommendations for care and service on the management of various selected health conditions. Approximately four CPGs are developed and published each year. This contract request is to provide the subject matter expert for the facilitation and support required to reach working group consensus during the conferences in determining the appropriate data for use in the development of each CPG Toolkit. The schedule of the conferences will be finalized after the award. NAISC code is 541690, Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services, with the size standard of $15M. The respondents may identify other potential NAICS codes and the reasoning to support the recommendation. The solicitation is set aside to small business concern. This requirement is a follow-on requirement to W9124J-10-P-0184, which was awarded on a sole source basis, as a firm fixed contract with cost CLIN for travel. The government's determination on how to compete the proposed requirement will be based on market research and responses to the notice; and is at the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
