Amendment #1 - Response time changed to 4 Dec 15, new SOW dtd 24 Nov 15, supplemental documents guidance added. Amendment #2 - NAICS Code changed to 334290 to reflect correct code included on original DD 2579. The revised NAICS reflects the correct primary nature of the requirement (commodity, not exclusively a service). Response time changed from 4 Dec 15 to 9 Dec 15 @ 1400 to account for NAICS error.
