- State of Work This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a formal solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is advertised as SOLE SOURCE. Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) is issuing solicitation, number N00421-16-R-0012, as a request for proposal (RFP) for NAVAIR METCAL Calibration Equipment. The incorporated document, provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-08. The Government intends to award a Sole Source, firm-fixed price, purchase order to Fluke Corporation, 6920 Seaway Blvd, Everett WA, 98203-5829 for this procurement. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES OR PROPOSALS. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which will be considered by the agency. Offerors must ensure that their firm is registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). For information, refer to https://www.sam.gov. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811219, "Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance "and the size is 750 employees. The Product Service Code for this procurement is 6680, "Liquid and Gas Flow." All quotes must be for all items as stated, no substitutes will be accepted and partial quotes will not be considered.
