Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 20 (NCO 20) intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(C), in the interest of economy and efficiency, the new work is a logical follow-on to an original Federal Supply Schedule order for the following: NU AW AutoStoreWorkflow Device License, NU AX Secure Print Renewal, OpenText RightFax Software Maintenance and Ricoh Support 1 Year, Advanced Replacement Fax Gateway 2100 to Include: SUID 72020-12255 to Ricoh 4301 Anchor Parkway Suite 220, Tampa FL 33624. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses received will be evaluated; nonetheless, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. Responses are due by December 11, 2015, 4:00 p.m. (PST). Responses shall be submitted via e-mail to susan.delacruz@va.gov.
