- DLA Acquisition, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Aberdeen, MD intends to procure spare centrifugal fan assemblies for the ECU used in the S-842/G Standard Version Shelter. The proposed acquisition will be for a possible five year, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity supply effort. Currently, this item has been procured by ACE Electronics Inc, CAGE # 7Y943. The purpose of this survey is to canvass the industry for additional sources that have the ability to also supply these fan assemblies. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred in responding or in any subsequent exchange of information. The spare part is as identified below: NSN Description Part # Possible Quantity for First Delivery Order 4140-01-516-8893 Fan Assembly, Centri 50532 3 These fan assemblies shall be supplied as new equipment, with a warranty covering defects for a period of 1 (one) year from date of delivery. Receipt of first delivery order shall occur no later than 120 days after contract award. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The US Government is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The Government will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey. Therefore any cost associated with the market survey submission is solely at the interested vendor's expense. The purpose of this market survey is to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from industry, including small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses and 8(a) certified firms. The potential vendors must provide either: information/data/documentation which shows that they have, in fact previously supplied the EXACT SAME ECU spare part as described in the above table on a prior US Government contract or provide documentation, that they have supplied this item to ACE Electronics Inc., CAGE # 7Y943. All proprietary and restricted information shall be clearly marked. The US Government has insufficient technical data available for this equipment. All responses to this market survey must be received by 31 Dec 2015 at 5:00 PM EST.
