Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source: The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 11, in accordance with FAR 6.302-2 (Unusual and Compelling Urgency) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with DJ Conley Associates Inc (2694 Elliott Avenue, Troy, MI 48083; 248-589-8220), for the services, labor, materials, testing, commissioning, and equipment to completely remove the existing surge tank and install a new surge tank. Period of performance is immediately upon issuance of PO until completion of work. NAICS 238220 applies. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. No mail or telephone inquiries with questions will be accepted.
