Past Performance Questionairre - See solicitation for details/submission instructions Scope of Work & Exhibits Solicitiation package Additional Site Visit Information: As previously announced on 12/02/15, the site visit/pre-proposal conference will be conducted on Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at 1:00PM CST. As referenced in the solicitation documents (pgs 8-10), the location of the site visit is: Hale Boggs bldg, 500 Poydras St, 10th Floor GSA Conf Room, New Orleans, LA 70130. Pre-registration is required by contacting the Contracting Officer via email with a list of attendees. If you require an escort into the facility, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the meeting and wait in the lobby to be escorted to the facility. Please contact the solicitation POC with any questions.
