Description

DLA is soliciting to establish a Firm-fixed, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC), Long Term Contract (LTC) with a base period of three years and an option to extend the term of the contract for an option period of two years. The item being procured is a MOTOR,TORQUE,AIRCRAFT (NSN 1660-01-578-6479). Approved sources are SERVOTRONICS, INC. DBA 12779 P/N 99-D0408-10 and HAMILTON SUNDSTRAND CORPORATION 73030 P/N 814137-10. This procurement will be issued as an Unrestricted buy. The FOB point is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. The required delivery schedule is 144 days. The estimated annual quantity is 67 each. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 20 each (base period only). The minimum delivery order is 20 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 67 each. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is 24 DEC 15 (anticipated closing date of 29 JAN 16), anticipated award date is March 30, 2016. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26.
