- SOW Item #1 SUSV Training event Contact Information James Rawlings Contract Specialist USPFO, Colorado (720) 250-4034 James.s.rawlings.civ@mail.mil This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6, and supplemental information included in this notice. The Colorado National Guard will be awarding a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-33 Effective on June 15, 2015. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The full text of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations supplement (DFARS) can be accessed on the internet at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/. The Colorado Army National Guard is looking for a facility to reserve rooms and provide catered meals for a training event in January in the vicinity of Clark Colorado. Please see attached SOW for additional details including number of participants needing meals and lodging. Quotes need to be priced based on the following CLINS: CLIN 0001 - Lodging 3 nights January 4th through the 6th for up to 35 soldiers. Lodging must provide free parking onsite and must have enough room for Colorado Army National Guard vehicles. CLIN 0002 - Meals for 35 soldiers (See attached SOW for meal breakdown) CLIN 0003 - Snowmobile rentals (See attached SOW for details) CLIN 0004 - Fuel (See attached SOW) CLIN 0005 - CMR requirements As this is a service contract all vendors are required to submit CMR information regarding this contract. Contractor Manpower Reporting (CMR). The contractor shall report ALL contractor labor hours (including subcontractor labor hours) required for performance of services provided under this contract for PROFESSIONAL ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SERVICES (PASS) collection site. The contractor is required to completely fill in all required data fields using the following web ad-dress: http://www.ecmra.mil/. Reporting inputs will be for the labor executed during the period of performance during each Government fiscal year (FY), which runs October 1 through September 30. While inputs may be reported any time during the FY, all data shall be reported no later than October 31 of each calendar year. Contractors may direct questions to the help desk at http://www.ecmra.mil/. This solicitation is a 100% total small business set aside solicitation. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 721110 and the small business standard is $32.5M. This solicitation will end on December 16, 2015 1500 EST. Quotes received after this time will not be accepted. The government will review each contractor's capability to determine which contractor is best suited to meet the Government's needs.
