- SF-18 Solicitation N00421-16-T-0073 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase request on a full and open competitive basis, under the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. Request is set-aside for Total Small Business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Award all or none See Attached RFQ. Items must be brand new. Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Please reference the Solicitation number above (N00421-16-T-XXXX) on your quote. Please include your Cage Code. Please identify if items are FOB Destination or FOB origin and include any shipping charges. Estimated Delivery Date After Receipt of Order Award is expected 12/28/2015. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. The Government will consider all proposals received before 9:00 est. on 15 December 2015. The Government will not pay for any information received.
