- SSESR-2051_PWS Appendix D CDRLs Amendment 0001 SSESR-2051_PWS Appendix B - QASP Amendment 0001 SSESR-2051_PWS Appendix A - Level_Of_Effort Amendment 0003 SSESR-2051_PWS 11Dec2015 Amendment 0001 SSESR-2051 TOR Trade-Off Amendment 0003 SSESR-2051 Attachment 4 Problem Statement Verification Form SSESR-2051 Attachment 3 DoD Requirements Validation and IT Business Case Analysis Template for Business Systems v5.0 This notice is to issue Amendment 0003 to Task Order Request (TOR) for SSESR-2051 Army Architecture and Content/Knowledge Management Support. The purpose of this Task Order Request (TOR) Amendment is as follows: 1. Revise the proposal submission date from 07 December 2015 to 21 December 2015 in the TOR. All proposal submissions are due on 21 December 2015 at 1200 Eastern Time. 2. Revise CDRL C003. Customized FBCB2 language within block 16. Remarks of CDRL C003 has been removed. 3. Revise CDRL E001. Block 16. Remarks of CDRL E001 has been corrected to reflect the updated DoD requirements validation and IT Business Case Analysis Template for Business Systems V5.0 (March 2015) and Problem statement verification form. 4. Revise the Performance Work Statement (PWS): •PWS Paragraph # 2, Applicable Documents and Websites is hereby amended to incorporate DoD Requirements Validation and IT Business Case Analysis Template for Business Systems v5.0, PWS Attachment 3 and Problem Statement Verification Form, PWS Attachment 4 •PWS paragraph 3.2.2.9 Performance Standards c) and d) are hereby amended to provide the updated version of the DoD Requirements Validation and IT Business Case Analysis Template for Business Systems, March 2015 and Problem Statement Verification Form. 5. Revise the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP). The QASP is here by amended to reflect the updated version of the DoD Requirements Validation and IT Business Case analysis Template for business systems V5.0 (March 2015) and Problem statement verification form, within the Appendix 1 - Surveillance Matrix for Statement 3.2.2.9 Standards column. 6. Post DoD Requirements Validation and IT Business Case Analysis Template for Business Systems v5.0, PWS Attachment 3. 7. Post Problem Statement Verification Form, PWS Attachment 4. 8. Revise SSESR-2051_PWS Appendix A - Level_Of_Effort: •Changed the labor category title "Host System Operator-Intermediate" to "Operations Specialist-Intermediate". •Incorporates the minimum qualifications for the Operations Specialist-Intermediate. 9. This notice is to provide the following amended documents: •SSESR-2051 TOR Trade-off Amendment 0003 •SSESR-2051_PWS Appendix D CDRLs Amendment 0001 •SSESR-2051_PWS 11Dec2015 Amendment 0001 •SSESR-2051_PWS Appendix A - Level_Of_Effort Amendment 0003 •SSESR-2051_PWS Appendix B - QASP Amendment 0001 •SSESR-2051 Attachment 3 DoD Requirements Validation and IT Business Case Analysis Template for Business Systems v5.0 •SSESR-2051 Attachment 4 Problem Statement Verification Form 10. All other documents under this Final TOR # SSESR-2051 (posted 12 November 2015) and Amendment 0002 (dated 24 November 2015) remain unchanged. **NOTE: This Task Order Request (TOR) is restricted to Prime NexGen contractors/offerors only. If you are a company not on the NexGen contract and plan to subcontract with a NexGen Prime, your questions and proposals must be submitted through that NexGen Prime. The question period for TOR SSESR-2051 (Solicitation Number SSESNG-16-R-2051) is over.

- Address: Government Facility: Place of Performance for this effort shall be at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) in accordance with NexGen PWS paragraph 3.6. No more than fifteen (15) contractor personnel shall be onsite at the APG facility. Assignment of contractor’s workforce shall require Contracting Officers Representative (COR) validation prior to placement at contractor facility., Contractor Facility: Any contractor personnel beyond the fifteen (15) APG allotted spaces, shall be at the Contractor's facility within the commuting distance of forty-nine (49) miles of Place of Performance identified in PWS paragraph 1.5.1., Upon approval by the Contracting Officers Representative (COR), approximately 25% of the Full Time Equivalents (FTEs) may support the performance of the requirements set forth within this PWS in other various locations., United States
