- Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Pendleton, California; Alpha Company (Co A), 1 st Reconnaissance Battalion, 1 st Marine Division, I MEF, San Diego, California. Description of Requirement: This synopsis is not a request for quotes or proposals. The Regional Contracting Office-MCI WEST, Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, CA, has a requirement to provide training support for Advance Tactical High Altitude High Open (HAHO) Training for 1 st Reconnaissance Battalion, Alpha Company Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Pendleton, California. The period of performance will be specified in the solicitation. The anticipated procurement will be a Firm Fixed Price purchase order. This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation is scheduled to be released via FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov) on or around December 14, 2015 for Advance Tactical HAHO Training support. This is not a request for responses. This announcement is a pre-solicitation notice only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Set-aside status: The solicitation is scheduled to be issued as a 100% total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System code for this requirement is 611699 "All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction". Conducting Business with the Government In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense, the contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
