Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) located at the Naval Air Station, Patuxent River, MD, anticipates awarding a contract in support of the Program Management, Air (PMA 207) Tactical Airlift Program Office for the United States Navy (USN) C-130T Avionics Obsolescence Upgrade (AOU). The Government intends to procure the following components: radio receiver, p/n: 622-6812-102, qty. 6; antenna, p/n: 622-6820-001, qty. 6 ea.; tray, p/n: 597-2172-101, qty. 3 ea.; antenna-430, p/n: 597-2147-001, qty. 3 ea.; transmitter receiver, p/n: 622-8149-003, qty. 3 ea.; mounting base, p/n: 622-8150-001, qty. 3 ea.; radio receiver, p/n: 622-6376-015, qty. 6 ea.; mounting base, p/n: 622-6380-001 qty. 6 ea.; RTA-4218 weather radar, p/n: 822-2259-001, qty. 3 ea.; RPU-500 receiver, p/n: 597-2377-001, qty. 3 ea.;VHF-2100 RT, p/n: 822-1287-101, qty. 3 ea.; MT-6583 mount, p/n: 622-7210-001, qty. 6 ea.;MT-6515 ALE processor mount, p/n: 622-7328-002, qty. 6 ea.; CMU-900, p/n: 822-1239-151, qty. 3 ea.; CMU mount; p/n: 247-1028-010, qty. 3 ea.; APM-900, p/n: 822-1424-001, qty. 3 ea.; ICS-220A transceiver, p/n: 710617-2, qty. 3 ea.; RT tray, p/n: 710620, qty 3 ea.; dual element antenna, p/n: 500644-3, qty 3 ea.; Iridium LBT Low loss coax, p/n: 214175, qty 3 ea.; external CIM reader, p/n: 327000, qty 3 ea. and External CIM install kit, p/n: 327618, qty 3 ea. The Government requires that these components be a form, fit and function replacement for current systems. All original equipment manufacturers warranties, installation engineering services, technical support and access to technical documentation in support of installation and sustainment are required as part of this procurement. This procurement will be for all components or none. The Government contemplates a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. NOTE: DFARS 252.204-7004 Alternate A, Central Contractor Registration, applies to all solicitations. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make an offeror ineligible for award.
